We really like vacationing here.

The condo is a pool-side, upper, end unit located on the second floor. The vaulted ceilings, open 1435 sq. ft. floor plan, and recent interior renovation, give it a bright and airy feeling . The condo itself is tucked away in a corner of the complex, far away from any major roads.  Additionally, the concrete floor underlayment and the fact that it shares only one common wall with a neighbor, make it a very quiet location. It has 5 patio doors that open onto two patio decks that overlook the pool. Clean lines of sight overlooking palm trees give it a resort-like feel with a view of a lovely, wide-open green space.

It is located in the desirable McCormick Ranch area in the heart of Northeast Scottsdale Arizona.  Relax by the heated pool or slip into the hot massaging waters of the Jacuzzi located just steps from your door. The Villages 3 complex also gives you access to nearby outdoor gas barbeque grills and tennis courts.  .
